William E. "Bill" Mosher

William E. Bill Mosher, age 61 of Huntsville, Alabama, formerly of the Stronghurst, Illinois area, died Sunday November 28, 2010 in Huntsville. He was born January 2, 1949 in the Hopper community, near Stronghurst, the son of Hiram Edward and Lydia Emma Waterman Mosher.

Mr. Mosher was an army veteran of the Vietnam War and Desert Storm. For the past fifteen years, he was employed at Home Depot in Huntsville. He loved painting and drawing.

Survivors include three daughters - Renee (Paul) Lee and Cinnamon (Terry) Ague, both of Burlington, IA., Marilea (Shawn) Twyman of Wayland, IA., four granddaughters, one sister - Cornelia Sickels of Stronghurst, one brother - Kenneth Mosher of Gonzales, TX., and his special friend - Connie Eddy of Huntsville. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers- Clayton and Jerry Mosher, and one sister Edna Northup.

The graveside service with military rites will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday December 13, 2010 in the Olena Cemetery near Stronghurst. No visitation is planned. Banks & Beals Funeral Home of Stronghurst is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be left at banksandbeals.com
