Wendy Jo Wilson, 46, of Bushnell, IL passed away at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, July 2, 2017 at the Heartland Health Care Center in Macomb, IL.

Wendy Jo was born August 8, 1970 in Macomb the daughter of Mike and Shirley Lockwood Wilson.

She was a 1988 graduate of Bushnell High School. She worked as an in-home nurse for No Place Like Home Senior Care, Dubuque, IA. Her passionate and caring personality showed through to her clients and all who knew her. She enjoyed thrift shopping, yard sales and buying prizes for family and friends. She loved having coffee with friends, Sunday drives with her boyfriend, Bob, and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include, one daughter, Mariah (Skyler) Pence of Terre Haute, IL, one son, Corbin (Delora) Coulter of Cuba, IL, three grandchildren, Adalynn, Levi and Brinley Pence, her boyfriend, Robert Francois of Dubuque, IA, father, Mike (Belinda) Wilson of Bushnell, mother, Shirley (Richard) Lafary of Bushnell, two sisters, Michelle Crawford of Belle Fourche, SD and Michaela Sigmon of Mechanicsburg, OH and one brother, Jesse Wilson of Bushnell. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and one brother, James McMahill.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in LaHarpe, IL with Rev. Jim Clayton officiating. Burial will be in the Prairie City Cemetery, Prairie City, IL. The family will receive friends from noon until time of service Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wendy Jo Wilson Memorial Fund.
