Gregory S. Walker

Mr. Gregory S. Walker, 45, of LaHarpe, Illinois passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at 5:48 A. M. at the Methodist Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois.

He was born May 29, 1961 in New Brighton, Pennsylvania, the son of Ronald S. and Helen I. Snedeker Walker. On December 31, 2000 he married Florence Robertson in Cisna Park, Illinois.

Mr. Gregory was raised in Pennsylvania. He moved from Paxton, Illinois to LaHarpe 3 months ago. He worked as an auto mechanic and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

He is survived by his wife, one son, Andrew, one daughter, Irene Walker both of Beaver Falls, PA, his parents of Youngstown, Ohio, two step children, Opal C. Isom of Germany and Barbara Ann Walker of Paxton, IL, five step-grandchildren one sister, Karen Sue Walker of Youngstown, Ohio. He was preceded in death by one sister, Grace Ann Chirico.

Services will be held at a later date. Banks & Beals Funeral Home in LaHarpe is assisting with arrangements.
