Trudy Jean Gall, 65, Milton, Wisconsin, former long-time resident of Biggsville, Illinois, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on Monday, July 29th at Mercy Hospital in Janesville.

The daughter of Leo and Virginia (McCann) Archdale, was born in Peoria, Illinois on September 2, 1953. Trudy attended school in Washington, Illinois where she met the love of her life, Rickey Gall. They were married November 30, 1970 in Peoria, Illinois. After Rick got out of the service, Rick and Trudy relocated to Biggsville, Illinois where they made their home and raised their children.

Trudy enjoyed staying at home raising her kids and babysitting many others. She was a caretaker for a dear elderly couple, waitressed at Country Fun, was a medical receptionist for Dr. Lindo and later for Eagle View Medical Center. Her greatest joy was spending time with friends and family.

Surviving are husband Rickey Gall; children: Karen Gall (wife of the late Chad Gall), Heather (Mike) Swisher, L.D. Gall, Rudi (Aaron) Cole, Hollie (John) Allen, and Karlie Hedden;
grandchildren: Rebecca Gall, Kaitlyn Lant, Todd Lant, Kylie Cole, Hunter Shrader, Gavin Cole, Alyson Gall, Annie Cole, Riley Shrader, Sadie Gall, Logan Boughton, Nova McIntyre; sisters Judy Bailey, Jackie Sherman, Angie Slater and father in law Dale Gall.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Chad Gall; brothers Rick Archdale, Dave Archdale; sisters Sue Turney, Nancy Shelander, Sherrie Hedden; and mother-in law, Maryann Gall.

A Celebration of Life will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 10th at Banks and Beals Funeral Home in Stronghurst, Illinois. The family will greet friends from Noon until time of services at the funeral home.

A memorial fund has been established for Eagle View Community Health Center in honor of Trudy Gall.
