Terri Lynn Luetger, age 57, of Biggsville, Illinois, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 at her home. She was born January 26, 1964 in Burlington, Iowa, the daughter of Robert and Sharon Oxenrider Bell. On November 3, 1983, she married Kent Luetger in Burlington.

Terri was a graduate of Mediapolis High School. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed arts and crafts, and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, one son: Brad Bell of Galesburg, IL and one granddaughter: Laila Lynn Bell. She was preceded in death by her parents.
