Arthur C. Squier
Mr. Arthur C. Squier, 45, of Fountain Green, IL passed away Monday, June 20, 2016 at his home.

He was born July 29, 1970 in Peoria, IL, the son of Jerry L and Sherry Lynn Page Squier Sr. He married Jana Holt on January 25, 1996. They later divorced.

Art was a 1989 graduate of LaHarpe High School and later served in the US Army.
He worked with his father at Squier Auto Salvage in Fountain Green. Following his fathers death he continued to operate the business and was currently working with his son, Braxton.

He is survived by 1 daughter, Kayla (Toby Krow) Thomas of LaHarpe, 2 sons, Braxton Squier of Fountain Green and Mason Squier of Carthage, 2 grandchildren, Evalin and Everett, 1 brother, Jerry Lee (Julie) Squier of Good Hope, IL, 1 sister, Missy Squier of Peoria, IL, 1 step sister, Debbie (Kirk) Whittenburg of Peoria and 1 step brother, Mike McMillan of Peoria, 2 aunts, Robin (Bill) Tatum and Marlin Gunn both of Carthage, IL, 2 uncles, Terry "Butch" (Patty) Squier of Peoria and John (Elaine) Squier of Carthage and several nieces nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his step-mother, Rosemary Cox Squier, 1 nephew, Tyler Kiley and grandparents, Arthur and June Vetter Squier.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 24, 2016 from 5:00 until 7:00PM at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in LaHarpe followed by a memorial service and Military Rites at 7:00PM with Robert Tillman officiating. A memorial fund has been established for his family.
