Sharon E. Huffman, 78, of Dallas City, Illinois, passed away at 10:45 a.m. Sunday, May 18, 2025 at the Montrose Health Center, Montrose, Iowa.

Sharon was born July 31, 1946 in Missouri the daughter of Raymond A. and Millie L. (Brooks) Phillips. Earlier in life she married John Stimpson. They later divorced. In 1991 she married Don Huffman in Kahoka, Missouri. He survives.

Sharon enjoyed playing cards, especially cribbage, spending time with her family, the many activities with her friends, gardening, golfing, traveling, and sang with bands and karaoke. She was always up for an adventure with her friends and family. She was the life of the party no matter where she was.

Besides her husband, Don, survivors include one son: David (Brandi) Stimpson of Burlington, Iowa; four grandchildren: Emily, Jacob, Noah and Taylor; three great-grandchildren: Auna, Marley and Maddyn; one brother: Danny Phillips and two sisters: Brenda "Bea" Windsor and Teresa Phillips.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter: Lorrie Whittaker.

Cremation has been entrusted to Banks & Beals Funeral Home of Dallas City.
