Shane David Good, 46, of Lomax, IL passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017 at the Great River Medical Center in West Burlington, IA.

Born on November 27, 1970, in Burlington, IA, Shane was the son of Ronald and Elaine Smith Good.

Shane had worked as a truck driver for Raiders Pre Cast Concrete, IPC and Fed Ex Freight. He enjoyed working on motors, watching NASCAR and listening to music. He also loved family events, cookouts, and especially taco in a bag night with his daughters.

Survivors include two daughters, Hannah Renee Good and Caitlin Brooke Good both of Stronghurst, IL, his father, Ronald Good of Lomax, and two sisters, Tammy Good and Sherry Good both of Stronghurst.

Shane was preceded in death by his mother and one son, Joshua Good.

A visitation will be held Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in Dallas City, IL. A private family burial will be held in the Carman Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to help with funeral expenses.
