Nancy Lee Seda-Morales

Nancy Lee Seda-Morales, age 74 of Oquawka, Illinois, died at 6:25 a.m. Saturday November 8, 2014 in the Select Specialty Hospital in Davenport, Iowa. She was born February 11, 1940 in Monmouth, New Jersey, the daughter of Joseph and Eleanor Petersen Allen. In 1960, she married Dr. Ruben Seda-Morales.

Nancy had been a resident of Oquawka since 2002. She was a graduate of Ryder College in New Jersey and had worked as a registered nurse, prior to her marriage.

Survivors include eight children, Michael, Carmen, Margaret, Ruben Jr., Donna, Joseph, Maria, and Lisa, eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and one brother, Joseph (Vera Helman) Allen Jr.

No visitation or services are planned at this time. Interment services will be held in Greenwood Cemetery in Brielle, New Jersey at a later date. Banks & Beals Funeral Home of Stronghurst is assisting the family with arrangements.
