Rosamond M. "Tot" Henry

Rosamond M. Tot Henry, 75, of LaHarpe, Illinois passed away Friday, November 25, 2011 at 7:10 PM at the LaHarpe-Davier Health Care Center in LaHarpe.

She was born on April 10, 1936 in Blandinsville, Illinois, the daughter of Glenn and Madlyn Mae Thomas Henry.

She had lived most of her life in Blandinsville, residing in the LaHarpe-Davier Health Care Center for the past 20 years. She was a graduate of the Blandinsville High School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Blandinsville where she taught Sunday school for many years. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo.

Surviving are 3 brothers, Thurman Tim Henry of Prairie City, Illinois, Vernon Pint (Ruth) Henry of Burlington, Iowa, and Charles (Sandra) Henry of Moline, Illinois, 1 half-sister, Sharon French of Rosharon, Texas and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, step -father, Reginald Hardy, 2 sisters, Juanita Starbuck and her twin sister, Rosaland Tiny Rodeffer, and 1 brother, Donald Henry.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at the Glade City Cemetery in Blandinsville with Sandra Henry officiating. There will be no visitation. A memorial fund has been established to help with expenses.
