Robin Edward "Rob" Bliss, age 70, of Dallas City, Illinois, passed away unexpectedly Monday, May 2, 2022 at Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in West Burlington, Iowa. He was born November 21, 1951 in Peoria, Illinois, the son of Robert Theodore and Helen Winkler Bliss.

Robin served his country in the United States Army. He attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. He was an engineer for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad for over thirty years.

Survivors include one sister: Linda Whitford of Dallas City, IL and his step mother: Mary Lee Bliss of Chillicothe, IL.
