Randall Leon Rodeffer, 61, of LaHarpe, IL passed away at 8:58 p.m. Monday, May 22, 2017 at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

Randy was born on March 11, 1956 in LaHarpe the son of James "Pooch" and Betty LaVerna Wetterling Rodeffer.

Mr. Rodeffer was a 1974 graduate of the LaHarpe High School. Earlier in life he worked helping his father on the farm. He was an avid billiards player.

Survivors include his father, James "Pooch" Rodeffer of rural Stronghurst, IL, one daughter, Melissa Walker of Fort Madison, IA and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty LaVerna Rodeffer.

The funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 26, 2017 at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in LaHarpe. Burial will be held in the Terre Haute Cemetery, Terre Haute, IL. There will be no visitation. A memorial fund has been established St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
