Peggy Ann Spiker, 67, of Terre Haute, Illinois passed away at 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at her home.

Peggy was born on September 19, 1953 in Macomb, Illinois, the daughter of Ivan D. and Shirley (Kuegler) Stoneking. Peggy married Rodney Evans. He preceded her in death.

Peggy enjoyed shopping, going out to eat, and wearing jewelry. She was a hard worker with a loving heart.

Survivors include her long-term companion: Gary Grisham; her children, Stacy (Daniel) Shockey, Jamie (Debi) Evans all of Independence, Missouri, Angela (Ted) Rodeffer of LaHarpe and Amy Wales of Huntsville; fourteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Also surviving is one sister: Sandy Stoneking of Augusta, Illinois and three nieces: Samantha Kovach, Melissa (Sam) Thomas and Dakota McCallister.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one brother: Donnie Stoneking and one sister: Mary Lou Kelly.

Cremation has been entrusted to Banks & Beals Funeral Home.

Inurnment will be held at a later date in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Independence, Missouri. A memorial fund has been established in her memory. Memorials may be sent to the Peggy Spiker Memorial Fund, c/o Banks & Beals Funeral Home, P.O. Box 503, LaHarpe, Illinois 61450.
