Paul Hamilton Jr., age 63, of rural Carman, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at his home.  He was born May 19, 1960 in Kewanee, Illinois, the son of Paul and Mary Ellen Wolfe Hamilton Sr.  On August 28, 2010, he married Sandra Kay Daniel in Stronghurst.  She survives.

Paul graduated from trade school in Kewanee, and worked as a traveling mechanic for several years.  Later, he worked at the Burlington HawkEye newspaper and Lance Bakery for several years.  He enjoyed fishing, mowing his yard, and loved his dogs.
Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Amber Napier of Garrett, IN; and three grandchildren, Brianna and Brandon Napier, and Lydia Bohnenkamp.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life and gathering of friends and family will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in Stronghurst.
