Pamela Kay Hubbard, age 54 of Stronghurst, Illinois, passed away at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Great River Hospice House in West Burlington, Iowa. She was born June 8, 1962 in Burlington, Iowa, the daughter of Leslie and Nola Bigger Talbott. On November 25, 1989, she married Bryan Hubbard in Lomax, Illinois

Pam was a 1980 graduate of Southern High School in Stronghurst. For the past 19 years, she worked as a clerk for F&M Bank & Trust in Burlington. Prior to that, she was employed at the Henderson County Health Department for seven years. She loved cooking and baking, spending time with her family and friends, volunteering, and paying it forward to her community. She was a member of the Lomax Christian Church.

Survivors include her husband, two daughters, Morgan (Austin) Lewis of Kirkwood, IL, Abby Hubbard of Stronghurst, her mother of Media, IL, two sisters, Tammy (Mike) Martin of Moline, IL, Chris (Frank) Lung of Media, IL, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, and her in-laws, Quentin and Luella Hubbard.

Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, October 29th, at West Central Junior High School Gymnasium in Stronghurst. The funeral service will be Sunday, October 30th, at 2:00 p.m. at the school, with Rev. Karna Peterson officiating. Burial will be in the Walnut Grove Cemetery near Media.
