Dolores L. Morris

Mrs. Dolores L. Morris, 78, of Dallas City, Illinois passed away Friday, October 8, 2010 at 12:20 PM at the Fort Madison Community Hospital.

She was born August 20, 1932 in Chicago, the daughter of Louis and Sophie Post Nagy. On May 24, 1951 she married Cletis W. Morris in West Liberty, Kentucky. He preceded her in death on December 23, 1997.

Mrs. Morris was a member of the local Jehovah Witness Congregation in Fort Madison.

Surviving are 2 sons, Randall Morris of East Bangor, Pennsylvania and Robert Morris of Blackstone, Illinois, 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 brother, Jack Nagy of Romeoville, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her husband, 1 daughter, Karen Holt and 1 sister, Mary Lou Weber.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 16, 2010 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 3925 Ave. L, Fort Madison, IA. Interment will be held at a later date in the Lewis Cemetery, West Liberty, Kentucky. Banks & Beals Funeral Home, Dallas City, is assiting with arrangements.
