Margie N. Siens, age 95 of Stronghurst, Illinois, passed away Friday August 14, 2020 at Oak Lane Nursing & Rehab in Stronghurst. She was born March 26, 1925 in Rushville, Illinois, the daughter of Roy and Mary Strong Armel. On October 18, 1947, she married Arnold Siens in Burlington, Iowa. He preceded her in death on July 26, 2008.

Mrs. Siens formerly worked at Midwest Biscuit and IRC in Burlington, Iowa.   She enjoyed playing cards, traveling to Florida, and attending family gatherings and school and summer sporting events

Survivors include one brother in law, Ed Siens of Carman, Illinois, three nieces, Shelly Morrison of Carman, IL, Stacie Newberry of Carman, IL, and Mary Norwood of Parrish, FL, one nephew, John Armel of Springfield, MO, and several great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband and one brother, John Armel.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday August 17, 2020 at Carman Cemetery.
