M. Evohn Sartorius, 92, of Colchester, Illinois passed away at 9:20 p.m. Saturday, January 23, 2021at The Elms in Macomb, Illinois.

She was born March 22, 1928 in Hancock County, the daughter of Lee and Margaret Icenogle Smock. She was first married to Loren Sartorius. They later divorced. She then married Winfred Vickeroy. He preceded her in death in 1998.

Evohn worked as a bookkeeper in the family businesses. She also worked as a realtor while living in California and later worked at Bridgeway in Macomb. She attended the Webster Community Church, Webster, Illinois, for many years.

She is survived by her friend and companion, Herald Stagman of Colchester; daughter Linda Stansbury of Phoenix, Arizona; sons, David Sartorius of Colchester and Larry Sartorius of Burlington, Iowa; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one sister, Christine Carle of Webster.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Winfred and two brothers, Leslie and Paul Smock.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 28, 2021 at the Webster Cemetery, Webster with Ted Burnfield officiating. No visitation is planned.
