Lisa Ann Whittemore, 54, of Dallas City, IL passed away at 3:51 p.m. Monday, October 17, 2016 at Blessing Hospital, Quincy, IL.

She was born on November 27, 1961 in Fort Madison, IA the daughter of Donald J. and Jean Rauenbuehler Hellweg. In 1995 she married Gregory Dean Whittemore, he survives.

Lisa was a 1980 graduate of the Marquette High School in West Point, IA. After high school she attended college in Cedar Rapids, IA. Lisa had worked as the manager of Caseys General Store in Dallas City for 15 years.

Survivors include her husband, Gregory, one daughter, Alicia Ann Whittemore of Dallas City, two step-children, Amanda Whittemore of Colusa, IL and Ray Lynn Esterbrook, three step-grandchildren, Alan Dean Whittemore, Tyler Lee Whittemore and Aubrey Newland, two brothers, Rick and Larry Hellweg both of West Point, IA and one sister, Donna Simons of West Point.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Martin Hellweg and one sister, Dixie Wilson.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in Dallas City. A memorial fund has been established.
