Kevin L. Ash, 52, of Jacksonville, IL, formerly of Dallas City passed away at 6:00AM Friday, November 9, 2012 in Dallas City, IL.

He was born May 28, 1960 in Monmouth, IL, the son of Stanley E. and Beverly Ferris Ash.
Kevin lived most of his life in Jacksonville, IL, where he was a 1980 graduate of Illinois School for the Deaf. He enjoyed crafts, computers, bowling and playing cards.

Surviving our his mother, Beverly Ash of Dallas City, 3 sisters, Carol Cowles of Dallas City, Debbie (Dave) Clark of Ft. Madison, IA, Rebecca (John) Heubi of Chillicothe, IL, 1 brother, David (Patti) Ash of Snellville, GA, 3 nieces, 2 nephews and 1 great-nephew. He was proceeded in death by his father and grandparents.

Services will be held at 11:00AM Monday, November 12, 2012, at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in Dallas City with Pastor Will Fowler officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00AM until time of services Monday. Burial will be at Myers Cemetery, near Dallas City. A memorial has been established for the Illinois School for the Deaf and the Lomax Ambulance Service.
