Judy Ann Cole, age 76, of Smithshire, IL, passed away Wednesday December 12, 2018 at her home. She was born January 22, 1942 in Aledo, IL, the daughter of Ernest and Margaret Olson Farm. She married Max Cole in Biggsville, IL.

Judy was a graduate of Biggsville High School. She worked in the Smithshire post office for many years. She was an active member of the Biggsville United Methodist Church, where she had served as secretary, leader of the United Methodist Women, and head of the Church Memorial Committee. She was also active in the Smithshire United Methodist Women. Judy loved to play bridge, and was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears.

Survivors include her husband, three sons, Rick (Shari) Cole of Davenport, IA, Brad Cole of Lake Mills, WI, Mike (Susan) Cole of Kansas City, MO, four grandchildren, Daniel, Jessica, Allison, and Jake Cole, two brothers, Bob (Gwen) Farm of Alexis, IL, Don (Donna) Farm of Monmouth, IL, five sisters, Fran (Denny) Hamm of Rockford, IL, Margaret (David) Yez of Monmouth, IL, Pat (Larry) Russell of Gladstone, IL, Connie (Chuck) Larimer of Monmouth, IL, Debbie Farm of Denver, CO, and one brother in law, James (Teresa) Cole of Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday at the Biggsville United Methodist Church. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 15, 2018 in the Biggsville United Methodist Church with Pastor Howard Ross officiating. Burial will be in South Henderson Cemetery.
