Judy Elaine Baldner, 78, of Augusta, Illinois, formerly of LaHarpe, Illinois, passed away at 9:36 a.m. Sunday, December 11, 2022 at the Memorial Hospital in Carthage, Illinois.

Judy was born June 11, 1944 in Blandinsville, Illinois, the daughter of Frank E. and Iona (Newingham) Waller. On June 22, 1962 she married John Thomas Baldner. He preceded her in death in June of 2017.

Judy was a graduate of Plymouth High School, Plymouth, Illinois. She took pride in being a stay- at-home mother and raising her daughter. She attended the Fandon Christian Church, Fandon, Illinois, and the Agape Christian Fellowship of LaHarpe, before moving to Augusta. In later years, she enjoyed doing puzzles, reading, and playing games on her tablet.

Survivors include one daughter: Tammy Baldner of Augusta, one sister: Gladys "Pat" Young of Augusta; one sister-in-law: Sandra Auten of Colchester; one brother-in-law: Dewayne Baldner of Michigan, numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Judy's Life will be held at a later date at the Agape Christian Fellowship of LaHarpe. A date and time will be announced.
