Judith A. Engen's Obituary
Judith A. Engen, 73, of LaHarpe, IL passed away Monday, July 23, 2018 at the Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL.
Judy was born September 29, 1944 in LaHarpe the daughter of Philip W. and Ada Alley Thompson. On January 18, 1963 she married Kay Norman Engen. He preceded her in death on February 27, 2013.
Survivors include one son, Matt Engen of LaHarpe and two grandchildren, Alicia Titus of Lomax, IL and Mike Brown of Peoria, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Judy worked as a cook at the Hancock County Sheriff's Office and enjoyed working on the family farm.
No formal visitation will be held, but friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in LaHarpe. A memorial fund has been established. To sign the guest book or leave a condolence please visit Judy's obituary at banksandbeals.com.
