Mr. Joseph Eugene Wilson, 75, of LaHarpe, IL passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL.

He was born January 2, 1942 in Macomb, IL the son of Wendell and Mary Irey Wilson. On December 18, 1978 he married Carol Heitz in Macomb, IL. She survives.

Joe was a 1960 graduate of the former Western High School in Macomb. Following his service in the Army Reserves, he worked at J.I. Case in Burlington for 27 years and had most recently worked for Twin Oaks Golf Course in Blandinsville, IL. Joe enjoyed watching NASCAR and was a Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs fan.

Survivors include his Wife, Carol, three Children, Scott (Bobbi Jo) Wilson of Columbia, MO, Cheryl (John) Foster of Hernando, MS and Mickey Snodgrass of Macomb, his Twin Brother, Dave Wilson of Blandinsville, Brother, Bill (Denise) Wilson of Springfield, IL and two Sisters, Sandra Riggins of Macomb and Jane (Dennis) Hoerner of Aledo, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents and one Brother-In-Law, Roger Riggins.
