Elizabeth A Watts, 76, of Dallas City, Illinois passed away at 4:58 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Davenport, Iowa.

She was born February 23, 1945 in Fort Madison, Iowa, the daughter of William C. and Grace E. (Lair) Watts. She married Donald Rieke on September 5, 1981 in Oquawka, Illinois. He preceded her in death in 2000.

She is survived by one son, William Smith of Dallas City and one grandson, Darien Green.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one daughter, Mary Beth Smith, one sister, Linda Marshall and her parents.

As per Elizabeth's wishes, private inurnment will be in the Keokuk National Cemetery, Keokuk, Iowa. Banks & Beals Funeral Home is assisting the family.
