Brody Daniel Logan, 26, of LaHarpe, Illinois, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2020 at the Memorial Hospital in Carthage, Illinois.

Brody was born on May 5, 1994 in Burlington, Iowa, the son of Bobby and Ann Cox Logan.

Brody was a 2013 graduate of Illini West High School. Following high school Brody attended John Wood Community College for Ag Business. Brody was a member of the FFA and earned the State Farmer Degree. Brody was currently employed at Dearwester Grain Services Inc., where he had worked since high school.

Brody enjoyed 4-wheeling, especially in Arkansas, bonfires, time spent with friends, hunting, golfing, concerts and Cubs games.

Survivors include his fiancé, Mackenzie Coulter of rural Colchester; his dad, Bobby Logan of rural Colchester; his mom, Ann Logan of Carthage; one brother, Aaron Logan of rural Colchester; his grandmother, Mary Gregory of Colchester and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Brody was preceded in death by his grandparents, Richard Logan, Leon Gregory and Charles and Janet Cox.

The funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 26, 2020 at the LaHarpe Union Church with Rev. Rick Goettsche officiating. Cremation will be entrusted to Banks & Beals Funeral Home following the service. Burial will be held at a later date in the St. Mary's Cemetery, near Colmar, Illinois. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 25 at the Union Church from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

A memorial fund has been established for the LaHarpe Union Church.
