Ashley Louise Whitmore, 39, of Kirksville, Missouri, passed away at 11:20 a.m. Friday, March 10, 2023 at the Moberly Medical Center in Moberly, Missouri.

Ashley was born October 15, 1983 in Monmouth, Illinois, the daughter of Michael and Cheryl (Fisher) Whitmore. She married Christopher Johnson. They later divorced.

Ashley enjoyed cooking, crafts and music.

Survivors include four children: Jay Johnson, Sabrina Johnson, Hayden Leppin and Landen Leppin; her mother: Cheryl Rich of LaHarpe and two sisters: Dianna Whitmore and Michelle Whitmore both of Kirksville. She was preceded in death by her father.

A funeral service will be held at 5:00 PM Monday, March 20, 2023 at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in LaHarpe with Rev. Rick Goettsche officiating. No visitation is planned.

Cremation will be accorded following the service. Inurnment will held at a later date in LaHarpe Cemetery.
